We provide the existence results for the Cauchy problems with convex and nonconvex valued right hand sides. The compactness of the solution set in the convex case is proved. Applications to a distributed parameter control system with a priori feedback and to a hyperbolic hemivariational inequality with impulses are provided.</p>
