Unlike other studies, here is included the voidage time derivative among the independent constitutive variables. In order to analyse the spatial behavior of solutions, we use some estimates of Saint-Venant type in the case of bounded bodies, while for the unbounded bodies, the spatial behavior is described by means of some estimates of Phragm´en-Lindel¨of type.</p>
